Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance

    Publications Editor

    Marketing/Sales Officer

Contract: Full-Time, Fixed Term Contract (2 years)
    Salary: £25,230 - £28,672 (Including LWA)

Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance is one of the world’s leading conservatoires, renowned for its forward focus and innovative programmes. We don’t just train our graduates for a career in music or dance – we inspire them to define their art forms. We do that within truly inspirational buildings, and within a vibrant atmosphere.
We offer the best physical environment of any UK conservatoire. Now it could be your job to make sure that we have the best print and digital publications too.

We have created the new role of Publications Manager, to devise, plan, write and oversee the production of our ever-expanding list of print and digital publications, including the prospectus and termly “What’s On” guide, corporate communications, alumni and fundraising magazines, and any material as requested.

The successful candidate will work with our award-winning and incredibly talented in-house design team to make sure that our materials are vibrant and compelling, up-to-date and accurate, accessible for all, suitable for our target markets, and compliant with all the relevant regulations.

We’re looking for someone with exceptional writing, editing and project management skills, who can retain a sharp eye for detail while juggling multiple projects.

Does that sound like you? If so, you could enjoy occupying a demanding, busy and thrilling role within one of the most diverse and vibrant educational and cultural organisations on the planet. One of your offices was designed in the 17th century by Christopher Wren, and the other won the Stirling Prize. Trinity Laban is a great place to work from every point of view.

If you think this might be just the job for you, then you can download a job pack and application form from http://www.trinitylaban.ac.uk/about-us/job-opportunities/vacancies and for any queries you can contact Chloe Roper on 02083059476 or email staffrecruitment@trinitylaban.ac.uk

As an equal opportunities employer we positively encourage applications from suitably qualified and eligible candidates regardless of sex, race, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender reassignment, religion or belief, marital status, or pregnancy and maternity.

To apply for this position, please send your completed application form to the email address staffrecruitment@trinitylaban.ac.uk

Closing Date: 12 Noon, Monday 19 February 2018 (No Agencies)

Interview Date: Wednesday 28 February 2018
